Masa was one of the largest contibutors to the expansion of Gran Alacant and created many popular models ranging from small apartments ideal for holidays to large detached villas with private gardens and pools.

Many of the different models can be found both up and down the hill and are commonly reffered to as Monte y Mar Alto (Up) and Monte y Mar Bajo (Down). Here is a brief overview of some of the models available:

Dunas Hills - A new development that will be an exclusive complex of 16 independent villas, on two levels, with sea views, 400m2 of plot and a private pool.

Rubik -  This is a hybrid house which mixes the modern and Mediterranean styles, giving way to an exclusive and uniquely designed home. Rubik is divided into two floors, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a private pool.

Mies - A wide luxury villa of 203sqm with 3 or more bedrooms. It has a double height distribution, master bedroom with a dressing room, study/office and plots from 370sqm with a private pool.

Miro - A wide luxury villa of 169sqm with 4 bedrooms. It has a double height distribution, master bedroom with a dressing room, study/office, plots from 370sqm with a private pool.

Moma - A luxury villa with a cube design of 169sqm and 4 bedrooms. It has a double height distribution and a plot from 370sqm. They have a customized distribution and a master bedroom with a dressing room.

Mondrian C & Mondrian XL - Large link-detachd villas with private gardens, a private swimming pool, 3 or 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Linda and Linda with Baement - Semi Detached Villa with 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden, driveway and private swimming pool.

Forteleza - The largest of the villas, they are detached and come with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, around 600m of plot, a solarium and a normally a private swimming pool.

Torreon & Bellavista - 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villas with private plots around 400sqm, solarium and typically with a private swimming pool.

Aurora & Aurora Plus - A 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms and a solraium. The Plus model has the extra basement level which can be used as a thrid bedroom. It has access to a communal swimming pool.

Alba & Alba Plus - 2 bedroom houses with 1 or 2 bathrooms and accommodation on two floors. The Plus model has a solarium. The properties have access to a communal swimming pool.

Levante - Townhouses with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom with a private garden and option to have a private swimming pool.

Vision and Vision with Basement - Modern townhouses with a distinct large front window. The property can have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 abthrooms with accommodation on two floors and access to a communal swimming pool.

Gala and Gala with Basement - Modern apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, either ground floor with a garden or first floor with a solarium. It has access to a communal swimming pool.

Perla - A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom quad style house on one level. They have a garden, a solarium and access to a communal swimming pool.

Coral - 3 bedroom ground floor or first floor apartment with 1 bathroom, a garden or balcony. It has access to a communal swimming pool.

Serena - A 2 bedroom fround floor or first floor apartment with 1 bathroom and a garden or balcony.  It has access to a communal swimming pool.

Gran Alacant is a sub-district of the coastal resort and traditional fishing town of Santa Pola, located 22km south of Alicante city. It is made up of a group of urbanizations on the Cape of Santa Pola and borders the Clot de Galvany nature reserve, the beaches of Los Arenales del Sol and Carabasi to the north and the Mediterranean pine forrests to the south of the cape. The airport of Alicante-Elche is just 8.5km away making it very convenient for international travellers. The cities of Alicante and Elche are around 20 minutes drive way and offer extensive shopping, restaurants, musuems and services.

Gran Alacant is home to over 8,000 residents and has several commercial areas which offer a variety of different restuarants, bars, banks, and shops. There is also a school, medical centre, library, two pharmacies, several supermarkets and a petrol station. The regular public transport in the form of buses communte between Santa Pola and Alicante while the municipal buses can take you around Gran Alacant itself.

"We spent 2 weeks at the accommodation with 4 adults. Everything was well organized, the apartment was well-equipped, everything was as recommended. The pool is great, the neighborhood is calm and quiet. We rented a car because we thought this was convenient, so there was no problem with shopping, because by turning off the main road, about 1.5 km from the apartment, you can find all the shops and restaurants, Aldi and the beach can be reached by a healthy walk. There were restaurants nearby, but we chose La Bodeguita de Pascual, which I recommend. Bunker y Mirador to walk to the sunset from there is amazing. Thank you Dayse, I can only recommend it."

"We had a wonderful peaceful time in a well maintained townhouse.  The nearby swimming pool was practically ours every time we use it with a few exceptions and they are four permanent sun brollies to hide from the sun if you are that way inclined but note - there are no sunbeds. They is a local circular bus (no15) which runs from the nearby restaurants/pub (Molly Malones (200m) and goes to the commercial centre Gran Alacant, but beware of early afternoon termination. They are a couple of local stores to buy groceries but I recommend Aldi which is about 15/20 min walk away. The bus to Alicante or Santa Pola (no3) is about 1600m from townhouse and is picked up from Clot De Galvany and takes about 40 minutes to Alicante. If you want a nice peaceful holiday - this is the place to be."

"Beautiful, well-equipped townhouse away from the hustle and bustle. The size was perfectly adequate for our family with two kids. The pool was clean, but too cold for our children:-) Since the drinking water is chlorinated, you should buy drinking water. Within walking distance there is a Cáfe around the corner and a mini market a few meters away, which offer 5l bottles for €2-3 (in Aldi under 1€). The paths to the beach and supermarket (Aldi) with 1.1 -1.3 km are not short on foot, but also regularly manageable for our 6-year-old daughter. Directly on the sea and at the beginning of the beach promenade, there is a bar with snacks, among other things. For a visit to Alicante you can use the hourly bus. For departure times we recommend using Google. Our host always answered our questions in a timely and patient manner. We highly recommend hosts and places to stay. We would come back!"

This property is offered exclusively as a seasonal rental (alquiler de temporada) in accordance with the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU), Article 3.2, and applicable regulations of the Comunidad Valenciana, including Decreto-Ley 9/2024.

6. Documentation and Justification. Guests may be required to provide supporting documentation or a declaration confirming the temporary nature and purpose of their stay, in order to comply with legal requirements and avoid misuse of the seasonal rental regime.
7. Contractual Regime. This rental is classified as an arrendamiento para uso distinto de vivienda habitual, governed by the agreements between the parties and, subsidiarily, by the LAU and the Civil Code.
