This new and luxurious fully air conditioned, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is located in El Pinet, less than a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beaches, with the added benefit of a communal pool, private parking and only a short walk to the traditional Spanish town of La Marina.
The entrance to the ground floor apartment is from the quiet residential road, and you enter the large bright living area, with luxury fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, and sofa with smart TV. There is also the benefit of 5G 600Mb fibre optic for you to use.
There are both English and Spanish TV channels, as well as the option of a “Firestick” with the available apps, youtube, amazon and Netflix.
In the kitchen area there is a dishwasher ,halogen hob, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle for your use. The washing machine is situated in the rear courtyard.
At the front of the apartment is a lovely terrace with table and chairs so that you could sit outside for your meals.
Off the living area is the small hallway leading to the main shower room and both bedrooms. There are beds for 4 people, and 1 person can use the bed settee in the living area. There is also a travel cot and highchair available.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, a double bed, two bedside drawer units and sliding doors to the rear courtyard. The bedroom also has a large built-in wardrobe.
The twin bedroom has two single beds, with a bedside drawer unit and a large built in wardrobe.
The communal swimming pool is a few minute’s walk, and is surrounded by artificial grass making it lovely to use, with an area that is for small children to play.
Two parking spaces in the underground car park are available for guests.
The beautiful area of El Pinet has some lovely walks, both along the salt lakes taking in the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and countryside, and of course the stunning blue flag beaches which seem to stretch for ever towards Santa Pola and Guardamar.
La Marina is a coastal village between Santa Pola and Guardamar del Segura, and is still a traditional Spanish village with a long high street with a selection of shops, bars and cafes.
There are two beaches here: La Marina beach, a large and beautiful stretch of thin and golden sand, considered semiurban because part of it has households, but mostly bordered by a large pinewood and sand dunes. The beaches boast blue flag status and you are able to rent sunbeds and parasols during the summer.
El Pinet beach is a few metres north of La Marina and here you have a more traditional aspect with small terraced villas on the beach, and a couple of restaurants.
Behind El Pinet beach, less than 500 metres away, is the small urbanization of El Pinet, which is reached by a boarded walk. This area borders the nature reserve of “Las Salinas” (the salt marshes) of Santa Pola.
