There is a complete bathroom with a shower, wc and basin on the groundfloor.

Stairs lead up to the first floor (a hand rail will be installed). Here you have a storage area under the staircase for cleaning equipment and clothing. The master bedroom a new double bed with storage space underneath, a double wardrobe, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and small balcony.
