Welcome to your perfect Costa Blanca getaway! This charming 3 bedroom house in Urb. La Marina, Alicante offers everything you need for a relaxing, sun-filled escape - with the sparkling communal pool right on your doorstep!

Step onto the front terrace and take in the view of the pool glistening just 10 metres away - ideal for an early morning dip or a lazy afternoon of lounging. The south-facing sun terrace catches the best of the Spanish sunshine, while the covered porch with comfy rattan furniture invites you to unwind with a cool drink in hand.

Inside, the bright and airy lounge/diner features a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning (NOT INCLUDED in the rent and payable with a coin-operated meter at 1€ per hour) to keep you comfortable day and night.

Master bedroom – double bed, ceiling fan & wardrobe

Second bedroom – two single beds, ceiling fan & wardrobe

Third bedroom – one single bed (option for a second), ceiling fan & wardrobe

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, wash basin, and WC.

Fully equipped kitchen:Everything you need to feel at home — cooking equipment, utensils, fridge/freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and washing machine — plus plenty of storage and workspace. A separate utility room houses cleaning supplies, a second WC, and stairs leading to the upper floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second cozy sitting room with a chaise longue and armchairs - perfect for reading or afternoon naps. There is a small fourth bedroom located just off the sitting room with a small single bed and bedside table with lamp. A sixth guest could use this room or the optional second bed in bedroom 3.

The patio doors open onto a large private solarium with sun loungers, dining area for six, BBQ, and a retractable awning for shade on sunny days. From here, you’ll enjoy beautiful views over the pool and gardens.

The communal pool area is a holiday highlight — surrounded by lush green lawns, with showers, a large main pool and a smaller children’s splash pool for family fun.

Convenience is key:A short 10-minute stroll brings you to the nearest shopping centre with a supermarket, bars, cafés, restaurants, shops, and a bus stop offering summer routes straight to the beach.

La Marina Beach is just a 10 minute drive away — famous for its natural dunes, soft golden sand, and crystal-clear waves. In summer, you’ll find sunbeds and parasols for hire, and charming beach bars serving refreshing drinks and snacks.
