Urb La Marina is a large residential urbanisation in the municipality of San Fulgencio, in the Vega Baja del Segura inland from the southern Costa Blanca. It is a well-established, cosmopolitan community with a strong international residents' population and a good choice of shops, bars and services within the urbanisation itself, a short drive from the La Marina beaches.

This property is offered as a long-term rental intended as the tenant's habitual residence, governed by the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU) and the terms of the signed contract.

By applying for the property, the tenant acknowledges and agrees that:

1. The tenancy is for permanent residential use and is subject to the rent, deposit and duration set out in the contract.
2. A security deposit and, where applicable, additional guarantees are payable before hand-over, and are returned in accordance with the contract and the LAU.
3. Supply contracts (electricity, water, gas, internet) and their consumption are the tenant's responsibility unless the contract states otherwise.
