A spacious and comfortable three bedroomed single storey property with plenty of outside space. Benefiting from a large solarium and situated next to the communal pool.
In the evening you could sit on the front terrace or solarium watching the sunset, or taking in the fantastic views across the local landscape.
Within easy walking distance of Villa Lisa, there are great bars, restaurants, and a supermarket situated within Consum square.
When you arrive at Villa Lisa, you enter a large garden and terrace area, with plenty of space for off road car parking. The front terrace has a comfy sofa to relax on and also a table and chairs for you to watch the world go by.
The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, with UK television channels, WI-FI, and dining table and chairs.
From the living room you enter the well-equipped kitchen, which has a full size oven with an electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Stairs from outside the kitchen lead you up to the large solarium that has spectacular views of the communal pool, and surrounding countryside. On the solarium there is a brick built BBQ for you to enjoy cooking outside, a table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco eating, and to watch the sun go down.
There are also some sun loungers on the solarium for you to relax and sunbathe in privacy.
From the living area you will find the three bedrooms and bathroom.
The main double bedroom has two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and built in wardrobes.
The next bedroom has two single beds with a bedside table and a small chest of drawers.
The twin bedroom situated next to the bathroom has two single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bath tub, with shower over, toilet, sink and bidet.
Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning available for your use.
Each room is fitted with pull down mosquito screens for your comfort.
