The house comprises of a north facing front garden and raised terrace with seating for four, an enclosed porch with a table and two chairs and storage. Inside, there is a wonderful space for cooking and dining with this kicthen/diner. It has a large frisge/freezer, washing machine, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It comes complete with cooking equipment, plates, glasses and utensils.

The second bedroom is located to the front of the house, with two single beds, a single wardrobe, table with a lamp and air conditioning.

The bathroom is modern and has a shower cubicle, wc and wash basin with storage.

The lounge has a large comfy sofa, coffee table, side board with a Smart TV and air conditioning which will also cool the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large wardrobe and patio doors out to the rear terrace.

The rear terrace has all day sunshine with a sunny south facing orientation. There is a table and four chairs to enjoy the weather.

The property is located in a central location, within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance of various central commercial areas. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. A five minute walk will take you to a public swimming pool (La Marina Sport Complex) with a large pool and childrens play pool, sun loungers and bar and restaurant. The bus stop is also located here to take you off to the beach of La Marina. A beautiful natural beach that has plenty of cafes and beach bars for food and refreshments.
