The garden encompasses the property, so you may walk around it and comprises of terraces, a table with chairs, parasol, garden seating with gazebo, a barbecue and a garden shed. The garden gets plenty of morning sunshine and is a great area to relax and dine alfresco.

Upon entering, you have a bright living room with lots of light via the four windows. There is a large sofa, a large TV, a dining suite, pellet burner which throws out a lot of heat for most of the house, air conditioning for both colling and heating and a ceiling fan. The independent kitchen with appliances such as a fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven and a mircowave. There is a rear door to access the garden.

Also located on the groundfloor is a single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and wc.

The frist floor comprises of a master bedroom with a double bed, double built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a delightful balcony with a table and chairs. The second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a private balcony with chairs. The main bathroom has a bathtub with shower above, a wash basin, bidet and wc.

Stairs lead up to the roof top solarium where you can enjoy all day sunshine and views of the countryside and mountains. There are two sun beds and a cupboard housing the washing machine and gas hot water boiler.

The villa has access to a communal swimming pool just a few metres away where you can refresh yourself in the summer months and relax in the seating area under the parasols.

The property is located around 17 minutes walk from a large shopping centre with a supermarket, shops, buses, medical centre, twon hall, cafes, bars and restauarants. The beach wonderful of La Marina is just over 10 minutes drive away.
